Travelers who are Official Representatives of:
• The Israeli government;
• Recognized International Organizations (IMF, World Bank, WHO etc.); or
• Embassies or Consulates located in Israel;
AND
• Require a “NOTE VERBALE” from the sending organization or, in the case of Israeli officials, from the Foreign Ministry.
These applicants should be directed to consult with their administrative offices who normally take care of their visa issues.
MRV Fee: A, G, and C3 applicants are exempt from paying the MRV fee. Holders of diplomatic passports traveling for other than official travel might be exempt from the MRV fee. Please have your administrative office contact the U.S. Embassy with questions.
Officials without diplomatic passports who are not traveling on official business must pay the MRV fee and schedule an appointment for an interview.
