In order to schedule an appointment for a nonimmigrant visa and/or receive information concerning nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, you must first obtain a Personal Identification Number (PIN) by:

paying the sum of $22 (plus any foreign currency conversion fee) by Visa or MasterCard. After creating a user name you will be asked for your credit card information.

paying the sum of $22 (plus any foreign currency conversion fee) at any branch of Cairo Amman Bank. When creating your user name, enter your PIN where indicated.

paying the sum of $22 (plus any foreign currency conversion fee at any branch of the Israeli Post office. When creating your user name, enter your PIN where indicated.
This will allow access to the site for information and for scheduling up to five appointments for immediate family members who reside in the same household.
